Bacon Cheese Toasts

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1 egg, beaten

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/8 tsp. ground mustard

5 drops hot pepper sauce

Dash pepper

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

8 slices bread, crusts removed & toasted

Paprika, optional

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce, pepper, and cheese. Mix well, then stir in bacon. Spread over toasted bread. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

Cut each toast slice into three strips. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes per side or until cheese is melted.
