Mediterranean Pinwheels 2 cans crescent rolls 1 lb. prosciutto or cooked ham, thinly sliced 2 c. crumbled feta cheese 1 tsp. pepper 2 tbs. olive oil 3/4 c. finely chopped fresh basil leaves Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 rectangles and place on a lightly floured surface. Firmly press perforations to seal. Press or roll each to form an 8x5-inch rectangle. Arrange 1/8 of prosciutto evenly over each rectangle. In a small bowl, stir together cheese, pepper, and oil. Spread evenly over prosciutto, then sprinkle with basil. Starting at the short side, roll up each rectangle. Seal long edges. With a serrated knife, cut each roll into 5 slices. Place cut side up on baking sheets. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. 40 appetizers
