Shrimp Eggs

 

12 hard-boiled eggs

8 oz. chopped, chilled cooked shrimp

1/4 c. diced onion

1/4 c. diced celery

3 tsp. sour cream

1/4 c. mayonnaise

 

Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Combine yolks with remaining ingredients. Let mixture sit overnight in refrigerator. Fill eggs.
