Easy Homemade Rolls

 

2 c. self-rising flour

1/4 c. mayonnaise – use the regular kind, NOT light or fat-free

1 c. whole milk

 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

 

Grease a twelve-cup muffin tin. The sections should be about a 2 1/2-inch size. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir only enough to moisten flour (use a fork). Divide dough equally between muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with butter, honey, or jam.

 

Makes 12 rolls
