Quick & Easy Cinnamon Rolls 4 1/2 c. baking mix 1 1/3 c. milk Filling: 2 tbs. butter, softened 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Icing: 2 c. confectioners’ sugar 2 tbs. milk 2 tbs. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla extract In a bowl, combine baking mix and milk. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times. Roll the dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle. Spread with 2 tbs. butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter. Roll up from a long side and pinch seams to seal. Cut into 12 slices. Place with cut side down on a large greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. As rolls bake, combine icing ingredients. Spread over warm rolls and serve. 12 rolls
