Banana Tea Loaf

 

2 small ripe bananas

1 3/4 c. flour

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened

3/4 c. sugar

 

Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.

 

Put remaining ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for 20 seconds. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Pour into a greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
