Crunchy Cinnamon Coffee Cake Filling: 3 c. Grape Nut Flakes, lightly crushed 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Batter: 4 c. all-purpose baking mix 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 1/4 c. milk, any type 3 eggs 1/4 c. vegetable oil Glaze: 1 1/4 c. confectioners’ sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbs. milk Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine batter ingredients and stir until just blended. Pour half of batter into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half the filling. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together glaze ingredients until well blended. Drizzle over coffee cake. 24 servings
