Strawberry Bread

 

3 c. all-purpose flour

2 c. sugar

3 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 10-oz. box frozen strawberries, thawed

3 eggs, well beaten

1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

1 1/4 c. vegetable oil

 

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

 

Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn loaf onto a wire rack to cool completely.
