Bacon Quiche 12 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. milk 4 eggs 1 c. baking mix 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion over the bottom of the dish. Beat the milk, eggs, baking mix, salt, and pepper together until smooth. Pour the mixture into the dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted between the center and edge comes out clean. Cool five minutes before serving. 6 servings
