Ham & Cheese Strata 16 slices firm bread 2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham (about 1 lb.) 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 6 eggs 3 c. whole milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. onion powder 3 c. corn flakes 1/2 c. butter, melted Trim crusts from bread and cut slices in half. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with half the bread, half the ham, and half the cheeses. Repeat layers. Combine the eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Combine the corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 12 to 15 servings
