Applesauce Fruit Dip 8 oz. vanilla lowfat yogurt 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Chill. Serve with assorted fresh fruit, such as pineapple chunks, strawberries, apple slices, and/or peach slices.
