Cinnamon Cream Syrup 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/4 c. water 1 can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Use over pancakes or waffles.
