Country Sausage
2 lbs. ground pork (75% lean)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into 8 4-inch patties. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until browned.
