Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes 4 Roma tomatoes, halved 2 tbs. light balsamic vinaigrette 3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbs. chopped fresh basil Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomato halves on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with balsamic dressing and Parmesan cheese. Top with chopped basil and roast for 10 to 12 minutes. 4 servings
