Blue Cheese & Bacon Mashed Potatoes 3 c. mashed potatoes 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 2 tbs. cooked crumbled bacon 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Butter (optional) Heat mashed potatoes, uncovered, in microwave on high power for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Transfer to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except butter, and stir to combine. Heat in microwave on high for another 2 minutes. If desired, stir in butter before serving. 4 servings
