Bacon Twists Makes 3 dozen 1 lb. sliced bacon 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut each bacon slice in half widthwise. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. 3. Dip each bacon strip in the sugar mixture, then twist it. 4. Place the strips on a foil-lined baking sheet. 5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm. Country Sausage Makes 8 patties 2 lb. ground pork (75% lean) 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1. Mix
