Creamy Egg Salad 8 hard cooked eggs, chopped 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbs. minced fresh parsley 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 1/4 c. finely chopped celery 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill.
